We exclusively manage and rent the properties listed on our site. All our holiday homes are located in Umbria region only, carefully selected for incoming tourists of all types :from affordable apartments into historical city centers to luxury accommodations and stylish villas

From the time of your booking to your arrival, we will follow you throughout all your needs by planing carefully your every wish. I was born in Central italy in the 70’s in a small village of 8000 people, Amelia town, and brought up in the countryside cherished by my grandfathers and my parents who taught me the fundamental values of family, work and respect for the marvelous nature that surrounds us.

The art of gardening, of vineyards and olive groves have always fascinated me and accompanied me throughout my life.

My target is to welcome you into my region and make you feel at home, me and my collegues will completely be at you service..

Here in umbria you will find all those beauties and values such as traditions, integrity and a fascinating sense of history and culture that have been passed down throughout generations and are still findable in this amazing area of Italy, where the time seems to stand still…
