Nestled among the green Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, IL FIENILE is a totally independent old farmhouse with private panoramic swimming pool from which it takes its name,IL FIENILE was once the covered structure adjacent to the swimming pool.

Furnished in the classic rustic country style, to reach it the visitor has to travel a short stretch of unpaved but well passable road, five minutes away from the center of Fornole, where you can take advantage of all the essential services.

Internally it is spread over two levels connected by a wooden staircase, on the upper floor we find the 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and a room with two single beds, as well as the two bathrooms, one of which with a bathtub.

On the ground floor, on the other hand, there is the large living area with kitchen, living room and with direct access to the porch, with an open panoramic view that offers wonderful views over the valley.

The fulcrum of this holiday home is the swimming pool, it is located in the upper part of the garden, in a dominant position from which you can see an enchanting panorama, also fully furnished with deck chairs, sun umbrellas, and last but not least the presence of a ping pong table and table football.
